Product boundary
This service provides evidence-linked CQC regulatory preflight information for supported England provider-registration and statutory-notification workflows.
It is not CQC approval, legal advice, professional certification, or a guarantee that an application or notification will be accepted.
Review status
Draft public copy: owner/legal review is required before external publication, including operator identity, refund/cancellation wording, governing law, retention periods, and support commitments.
Information submitted
The human statutory-notification pre-check accepts structured event facts already supported by the CQC deterministic engine. While a checkout return is pending, those facts may be held briefly in the CQC process memory.
The CQC service does not send provider or incident facts to commercial telemetry. The shared platform receives only an opaque principal, product, bounded source channel, callback URLs, and milestone metadata.
Payments and telemetry
Card details and Stripe credentials are handled by the shared commercial platform; they are not collected by this CQC service. No private keys, seed phrases, or payment authorization signatures belong in CQC telemetry.
Telemetry is privacy-minimal and best effort. Explicit OpenAI, Claude, and Grok source tokens are accepted only as bounded attribution; unknown values remain unknown and user-agent strings are not used for model attribution.
